This page explains what we receive from you through this site, what it is used for, and how you can ask for it to be changed or removed.
This site only receives what you type into the order form yourself: name, phone number, email address, event date, and event location. The location field is optional.
On the article comment form, what we receive is name, email address, and the comment itself.
We do not ask for identity numbers, financial details, or any other personal data beyond that.
Order details are used for one thing: preparing your quotation and contacting you about that event. Phone and email are used to reply to your request; the date and location are used to check gear and crew availability.
We do not use your details to send offers you did not ask for, and we do not sell them to anyone.
Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager — measure which pages visitors open, as statistics. Both set cookies in your browser.
Midtrans — processes payments. Your payment details are handled in Midtrans' system, not on this site; we do not store card or bank account numbers.
SoundCloud and Google Maps — recordings and maps embedded in pages. Both load from their own servers and may recognise your visit under their own terms.
This site uses cookies for three things: keeping your language choice (Indonesian or English), keeping the form-guard session so your submission is not rejected, and visit statistics through Google Analytics.
You can delete or block cookies from your browser settings. Blocking session cookies may cause the order form to fail.
Order details go into IGNAN Audio's internal system and are only accessed by the team handling quotations and event delivery. Every access to that system requires an account.
We do not share your details with anyone else unless required to by applicable law.
This site is served over HTTPS, so what you send is encrypted in transit. Forms are protected by anti-automation checks that run on our own server — without sending your data to a third-party service.
To be straightforward about it: no system is entirely free of risk. We apply reasonable safeguards, but cannot guarantee absolute security.
You can ask us to show the data we hold about you, correct anything that is wrong, or delete it if you no longer wish to be contacted.
A request like that can simply be sent by email or WhatsApp below. We will confirm your identity first, so that one person's data cannot be requested by someone else.

This page will be updated if the way we handle data changes.
